役男出國文件哪裡申請?

役男除了去『區公所兵役科蓋出國核準章』之外，還可以上『內政部移民署網站』填寫資料，填寫完成把資料列印下來，並和護照放一起，就可以出國啦!如果網站上，查詢不出您的資料，就還是需要到區公所辦理喔! 請役男特別注意出國前一個月之內才可以辦裡，不行太早去申請喔!

至區公所辦理所需準備文件：

3. 私人印章

說明：

1. 受理對象：屆役男年齡（滿十九歲當年一月一日起至滿三十六歲當年十二月三十一日止）後曾以役齡前在國外就學役男身分入出境，且仍在同一所學校就讀及無逾核准在國內停留期限情形者。

2. 檢附文件：申請之日起算前三個月內由就讀學校開具且經駐外館處驗證，修習學士、碩士或博士正式學歷之在學證明。（文件內容請註明就學年限、學士或碩士或博士學位課程及下學期開學日期）

3. 本表所填資料經電腦查對檔案資料後，及先行傳輸檢附文件審核核可後，將俟檢附文件正本寄達，檢核無誤後，立即回覆。查詢電話：(02)23883929 、傳真電話：(02)23899036

Explanation:

1. Applicant: Those, whose conscription age (commencing from January 1 of the year of his 19th birthday till December 31 of the year of his 40th birthday) had expired, who had gone to study abroad prior to reaching the conscription age, still studying at the same school, and hadn’t over stayed.

2. Submittal: Bona Fide Student Certificate of Bachelor Decree, Master Degree or Doctorate Degree issued by the school within three months prior to filing the application and was duly attested by the foreign office of the Republic of China. (Year at school, curriculum in the Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, or Bachelor degree, and the school opening date for the next semester should be stated in the certification document.)

3. Information filled in this form shall be verified through the computer and review the attached documents. Upon receipt of the original submittals and verified to be correct and true, reply will be sent immediately.
